Saturday, October 26th
The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors at Mount Ida Farms. The ceremony will be officiated by Rachel and Sam's close friend TJ Phillips. Buses will depart from 11th St. next to The Draftsman hotel at 4pm.
The celebration begins. Music, drinking, and dancing all night celebrating Rachel and Sam. Buses will depart from Mount Ida, returning to downtown Charlottesville at The Draftsman at 11pm. Rachel and Sam invite guests to continue to celebrate in downtown Charlottesville.
Friday, October, 25th
Rachel and Sam will be holding a reception on Friday night at the Tasting Room at Mount Ida Farms for any and all wedding guests to attend. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Buses will depart from 11th St. next to the Draftsman Hotel at 6:15pm.
Sunday, October, 27th
A farewell brunch will be held at The Draftsman event room the morning after the ceremony and reception. A buffet-style breakfast and drinks will be provided.

Feel free to stay anywhere you'd like, but we'd recommend somewhere close to The Corner at U.Va for easy access to shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue.
